I am at Dulles Airport waiting for my flight to Paris with connection to Toulouse!

I am very happy to be returning to the French half of my life. I have missed being in Toulouse at the same time I have enjoyed spending time with my friends here in Alexandria.

I have had a great time while here – ran a 5K race with my friend Vanessa. Had diner with my friends Pamela and Kimberly who came to Toulouse to visit. Spent time with my Revel family. Went out to the Virginia Wineries

I, also, made trips to San Diego and Belize.

It was great to spend time with Tom, Marion, Nana and the girls, husbands and kids.

Now I am thinking about my friends and the things I will do when I am in Toulouse. I already have dinner plans with Eliott for Thursday night. I will have dinner at La Panache on Wednesday night. I am guessing there will be an Aperol Spriz at La Reserve soon after I get there. I am looking to shopping at the Marchè Victor Hugo. I will get olive oil and olives from the olive purveyor at the Saint Aubin’s market on Sunday. I will be back to running with Run in Toulouse.

I corresponded with the landlord of the apartment and he was amusing as he said I probably had the information for accessing the apartment memorized and I responded I did. It is fun to have two homes.

I will be updating this more regularly now that I am heading back to Toulouse. There will be many things to talk about – Emily and Barbara’s visit, trip to Italy to meet Tom and Marion.
