Today was the hottest day in Toulouse. It got to be 90 degrees.

I did not do much during the day. I walked around a little so I could get my 10k steps and bought a few more gifts to take back to Alexandria with me for friends.

In the evening, I had dinner at my favorite place in Toulouse, Le Panache. I was part of the tasting group for a new menu item. It was great. It was tomatoes and mustard cream. Those are two of my favorite things.

After dinner, I hung out with the crew. Enzo, Evrim, Jean Luc and the rest of the staff. They really make me feel like family and it is why I like it so much.

I met Enzo’s parent. I believe that Enzo owns the restaurant.

All in all a great final night at Le Panache. I am looking forward to returning in September.

I am off to Bordeaux to meet friends tomorrow and will not post until I return Monday. I do not want to carry the computer with me.
